I'm Scott K. Miller, a REALTOR® and Area Leader with Epique Realty (CA DRE #02152150). I live and work in Ridgecrest, and I help people buy and sell homes across the Indian Wells Valley: Ridgecrest, Inyokern, Trona, California City and nearby Kern County towns.

My promise is simple: real numbers and straight answers. I'm not the best agent for everyone. I'm the agent who digs into the data, tells you what it means, and keeps a bench of trusted local lenders, inspectors, contractors and attorneys. Before real estate, I spent 20+ years managing wireless retail stores, running teams across as many as 24 locations. I also spent years on the radio in Sacramento and right here in Ridgecrest. Negotiation, follow-through and clear talk came with me.

Who I help: first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, families selling an inherited home from out of town, homeowners facing a short sale, and military families on PCS orders.

Ridgecrest has its own MLS and lockbox system, and agents from out of the area often can't access either. A local agent isn't a nice extra here. It's how the deal gets done.
